These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Project O accountability and coaching support platform (the "Service"). The Service is operated by James Olanya, trading as Project O ("Project O", "we", or "us"). Project O is a sole trader business, not a limited company.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be aged 18 or over and legally able to enter into this agreement to create an account or purchase a Project O programme.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Service. This includes your contact details, health and readiness information, and activity logs.
Project O runs weekly accountability cycles. Key rules include:
Missed logs, rejected evidence or rule breaches may affect your scoring, eligibility or continued participation in the programme, following coach review.
You agree not to:
Current pricing:
If you have been assigned a legacy or founding tier, your pricing is determined by that tier. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We aim to provide the Service continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates or events outside our control.
The Project O platform, including its design, content and branding, is owned by Project O. Your activity logs and uploaded content remain yours. You grant Project O a licence to use your uploaded content for the purpose of providing the Service and coach feedback.
Missed logs, rejected evidence or breaches of these Terms or programme rules may affect your scoring, eligibility or continued participation in the programme, following coach review. We may suspend or remove access to the Service where we consider it appropriate to do so.
Project O is an accountability and coaching support service. It is not medical treatment, medical advice or a substitute for professional medical advice. You are responsible for your own health and for any decisions you make about your participation. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
Subject to that, Project O is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or programme rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. You may be required to accept a new version of these Terms before continuing to use the Service or before making a new payment.
The Participation Agreement and Health Data Consent are separate from these Terms and are accepted during onboarding. They are not replaced by these Terms.
